JOLLIBEE Foods Corp. (JFC) stated Wednesday it respects the decision of the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) granting Jolliville Holdings Corp. The proper to sign in its emblem and corporate name.
IPOPHL introduced Tuesday that it reversed the choice of its Bureau of Legal Affairs which ruled in prefer of JFC to block Jolliville from registering its trademark.
